Looking to create an outdoor space to enjoy at home?  With all of us staying at home more than ever, now just might be the time to create that outdoor space you have been thinking about.  It seems LOTS of folks are spending this time thinking about ways to create a staycation oasis and place for entertaining family and friends (small groups of course).  Our summer schedule has filled up fast, with project start dates now into July.  There is still time to get your deck, patio, pergola, fire pit, outdoor kitchen or other outdoor living project on the books before summer has come and gone!

We are so very excited to be able to offer virtual design services to our customers.  Our design ideas and quality craftsmanship on previous projects often speak for themselves, but sometimes a client needs just a bit more.  It is easy for us to visualize the possibilities for completed projects, but we recognize that is sometimes difficult for our new clients. With our design program we love being able to give clients a “sneak peek” at the finished project along with their estimate!

Diamond Hardscapes was honored to partner with Brenda Pusey, Designer of Rider Partners on this amazing transformation of the Warren County REMC.  So many innovative ideas….we LOVE to problem solve and think outside the box with someone like Brenda!  See more in our “Interiors” Photo Gallery.

A second story deck, paver patio, and fire pit just in time to enjoy the outdoors from above OR below. 

When your mother-in-law asks you to transform the kitchen in her home, you better get it right! We transformed her original, honey-oak cabinets by painting them white and adding new hardware.  The counter tops are custom poured, colored concrete, and the natural look of the stone back splash pulls it all together.  Top it off with the new appliances she selected, and style and function abound! Here’s to many family dinners and afternoon snacks at Grammy’s house!

We have so much to be thankful for and wish you and your loved ones a very Happy Thanksgiving!

We are still doing outdoor projects.  This one was completed Friday.

Build that deck or patio now and enjoy whatever warm days we have left before winter.  Then, when spring arrives, it will be ready to go!

Fall might be our FAVORITE time to enjoy our outdoor living space! Something about sweatshirt weather, a fire in the fire pit, maybe even a bowl of chili and a football game on the TV (outside!) like we did this weekend.  And when it gets too cold, moving things inside to the finished basement for family movie night,  or those big games is perfect! If your life is like ours, time at home is precious.  Making the most of it is easier when you’ve created spaces in or around your home that you can enjoy once you all finally “land there” in the evening or on the weekend.  It’s not too late to put in that patio you’ve been considering and definitely not too early to get on the schedule for finishing or updating the basement.  Happy Fall!

 

This family has 2 new spaces to enjoy.  Great effort was taken to design spaces that are new and beautiful, but also fit as though they’ve been there since the home was built.  A stylish and low-maintenance deck for grilling, dining, and entertaining and a bright sunroom leading to it for those days when they want to see outside, but not be outside.  Check out our “Decks” gallery to see more photos.
