Shane Dahnke
Shane is a lifelong resident of the Lafayette area and has been involved with various types of construction since 1992. He began with steel-frame building work for the Dahnke family and started his own company specializing in residential and commercial construction and remodeling in 2003. In 2010, the idea for Diamond Decks and Hardscapes was born and has been his focus since 2011. Anyone who has ever worked with or for Shane will likely tell you that he is perfectionist who takes great pride in doing things right, down to every last detail. There is nothing our family business team enjoys more than exceeding customer expectations and giving them a project that they can be proud of for years to come.
Dawson Dahnke
Dawson, who studied architectural design, recently joined the team and has done an amazing overhaul of our design, planning and estimating process. Dawson is in the field daily working and learning alongside Shane. His knowledge and responsibility grows and he has become an integral part of the team.
Tiffany Dahnke
Tiffany helps manage the busy schedule, sends estimates and invoices, and keeps up with customer communications.
